Pricing and Billing FAQ

If you are on the free trial, after reaching 20 requests in a day, upon 21st request you begin to receive a message advising you to subscribe to one of our packages. If you are a paying customer, when you reach your limit you get a message notifying you your limit is reached, please upgrade/contact us. However, as we would not like to disrupt your services you will have additional 5, 20, or 50 depending on your package.
We accept all major credit cards and most currencies, we may also accept invoice. LocateSmart never sees or accesses your credit card details. For bespoke large credit requirement, we are willing to discuss alternative payment option such as invoicing.

We are working on other payment methods. If paying by credit card is stopping you from becoming a customer please get in touch and we will find a solution.

All prices are inclusive of any relevant VAT. You will receive a valid VAT invoice by e-mail for each purchase.
